Some things that are TRUE seem so UNBELIEVABLE. An 80-year-old man, Rudi Adolph Koos, has been charged with killing his 75-year-old wife, Waltraud Koos, because she allegedly CHEATED on him.

Koos allegedly told detectives he was at home on Tuesday night (January 5th, 2010), watching television in the kitchen. He said that's when his wife came in and began laughing at him and calling him names, because he recently accused her of having an affair.

Koos told detectives he then pushed his wife, and she scratched his face. He told police he then "lost it" and pushed Waltraud onto the floor and choked her until she stopped moving.

Koos has been charged with First Degree Murder, Third Degree Murder, and Voluntary Manslaughter.

The couple lived in their Souderton, Pennsylvania apartment since they emigrated from East Germany to the US in 1957.

You would think, that after rocking with someone since World War II and living together for 52 years, you are pass the BS. This is a sad story.

BTW - It is still not confirmed that Waltraud actually CHEATED on her husband ... Ice Cream Melts ...
